Legal basis for collecting and using your information
This may be of interest to European users of our website. Our use of your information is based on:
- Your consent where appropriate.
- A contract we may have with you, e.g. providing you access to paid membership pages.
- Our own legitimate business interest, e.g. direct marketing of our services that we think would be of interest or handling inquiries from you.

Our website may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize our website pages, or register with our site or services, a cookie helps us to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to our website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use our website’s features that you customized.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of our website or services. Further, many browsers include a “do not track” feature that may help protect your privacy, although there is no defined response by many websites – including our site – to a do-not-track request.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Security of your Personal Information
We take reasonable steps to secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We limit the number of people who have physical access to our database and we offer the use of a secure server.
All supplied sensitive/credit information that you may offer to us is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
